At Fleur de Lys Beauty, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Our goal is to ensure your items arrive safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your package ships. Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Fleur de Lys Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or packages marked as delivered but not received. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide any necessary information to assist with that process.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise stated. Any customs duties or fees associated with future international orders would be the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged due to a fulfillment error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alyssa@fleurdelysbeauty.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Fleur de Lys Beauty reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, all sales are final at Fleur de Lys Beauty. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have shipped.

We take great care to ensure all products are accurately described, authentic, and carefully packaged prior to shipment. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, shades, sizes, and ingredients before placing an order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alyssa@fleurdelysbeauty.com. Your message must include:

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
If the issue is confirmed to be a fulfillment error on our part, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Fleur de Lys Beauty is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but not received. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, shipping delays, or delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
We take fraud prevention seriously. Any attempt to dispute a charge for an order that was properly delivered and fulfilled may result in the customer being restricted from future purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny refunds to customers who:

Orders flagged for potential fraud may be delayed, canceled, or refunded at our discretion.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if the request is received before the order has been processed or shipped. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
